A continuous struggle for improvement through a variety of means, presence of a physical objective, effective communication, self-organization and motivation is essential part of the Forum at all end and means.

Pakistan Teachers Forum aims to create a platform for teachers to develop their capacity keeping up with the advancements and research in the field of Education across the globe; enhance their well-being and entitlements and provide help in any legal issues faced by them. The core purpose is the betterment of the teaching community.
To Become a Platform
for Teacher's Voice and Rights
To become a platform for teacher voice and teacher’s rights by enabling quality training and mentoring of teachers through a self-sustained and structured teacher professional development program. Teacher community will become a strong pillar by providing support to teachers in personal, professional and legal issues.
Key Objectives
1. Review and give recommendations on National Professional standards for teachers to address key issues on teacher education.
2.Formulation of a Continuous professional development Programed and a code of conduct for the teaching community which will include: acquisition of current and subject specific training and knowledge of instructional tools strategies and pedagogical skills. Communication skills proficient use of information communication technologies from the elementary stage in education.
3.Initiate training of Vocational teachers/ school staff in different fields for both urban and rural areas.
4.Introduce incentives for teachers to learn as they earn to encourage and motivate the teachers and introduce Private-Public partnerships to offer scholarships for teacher education.
5.Stand for teachers rights by providing them support in legal matters and raising issues with concerned Education Boards, departments and organization
